The All About Anger™ Complete Bundle brings together all three age-specific courses, so children can learn about anger in ways that make sense for their stage of development—from the early “mad fire” years through the more complex emotions of adolescence.

Across the series, kids learn that anger isn’t a bad emotion or something they need to get rid of. It’s a signal. The goal is learning how to notice that signal, understand what’s underneath it, and decide what to do next.

Created by a licensed marriage and family therapist and grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and emotional education, the courses teach children how to recognize rising anger, understand why reactions can happen so quickly, regulate their bodies, communicate more effectively, and repair when things don’t go as planned.
