Helping Kids Become The Boss of Their Emotions
Our mission is to help children build the emotional awareness, vocabulary, and tools they need to grow into confident, compassionate, and resilient humans.
Why We Started:
We saw a gap in emotional education—especially resources that felt both developmentally appropriate and family-friendly. As parents, educators, and mental health professionals, we knew kids needed more than just “calm down corners” and deep-breathing tips.
So we built a program that teaches emotional skills the same way we teach reading or math: step-by-step, with age-specific lessons, relatable stories, and engaging visuals.
Hi, I’m Kayanna—
I’m a licensed therapist, mom of three, and founder of All the Emotions.
In my therapy practice, I kept seeing the same thing: smart, compassionate people who felt ashamed for not “knowing” how to handle their emotions. But the truth is—how could they? Most of us were never taught how to deal with our emotions.
I didn’t really learn these things until grad school myself. And frankly, you shouldn’t need a counseling degree—or expensive therapy—to gain a basic emotional education.
That’s why I created All the Emotions: to combine proven tools with the everyday reality of parenting, and to give kids the kind of emotional confidence most of us had to figure out the hard way.
It’s the education we didn’t get growing up—now made joyful, accessible, and built for the next generation.
Our Promise:
We’re here to support the grown-ups raising emotionally intelligent kids—because feelings aren’t something to fix, they’re something to understand. Whether you’re navigating tantrums, tween stress, or simply want to raise a kind, aware human—we’re so glad you’re here.
