A Simple Place to Start with Emotional Education

The Starter Pack is an abridged introduction to the skills taught in All the Emotions 101, making it an easy way for families to begin building emotional intelligence with structure, practical tools, and support. You don’t have to wait for a meltdown, conflict, or difficult season to start teaching emotional skills.

The All the Emotions Starter Pack gives families an approachable introduction to emotional education through 11 engaging video lessons and downloadable activities designed to help kids better understand what they feel, what’s happening in their brains and bodies, and what they can do next.

Available in age-appropriate versions for ages 4–7, 8–11, and 12+, the Starter Pack introduces foundational concepts from psychology and neuroscience in a way that feels practical, engaging, and relevant to everyday life.

Kids begin to:

  • Recognize and better understand their emotions

  • Notice how emotions show up in the brain and body

  • Practice simple strategies for managing strong feelings

  • Build healthier ways to respond to frustration, stress, and challenging moments

  • Develop greater emotional confidence and self-awareness

Each age track is designed for the developmental stage of the learner—from playful, parent-supported learning for younger children to more independent reflection and application for older kids and teens.
