Young children don’t just “grow out of” anxiety—they learn how to understand and handle it.
All About Anxiety (Ages 4–7) is a playful, parent-supported course that introduces young children to what worry feels like in their bodies, why it shows up, and what they can do when it starts to feel too big.
Through short, engaging video lessons, storytelling, and hands-on activities, children begin to:
- Recognize worry in their body (tight tummy, fast heart, wiggly energy)
- Understand that worry is trying to help—not harm
- Practice simple, effective ways to respond instead of avoid
- Build early confidence through small, “brave” steps
Caregivers are guided every step of the way with simple language shifts, coaching tools, and play-based strategies grounded in child psychology.
