The All the Emotions Starter Pack (Ages 4–7) introduces emotional education in a simple, engaging way designed for early learners. Through age-appropriate video lessons and activities, children begin learning what emotions are, how feelings can show up in their bodies, and what they can do when emotions feel big.

With support from a parent or caregiver, children begin to:
