All the Emotions 101 – Ages 8–11

We chose the All the Emotions 101 course for both of our kids, the Ages 8–11 course for our 10-year-old daughter, and the Ages 4–7 course for our 5-year-old son. Overall, we are really impressed with the program.

For our 10-year-old: She has been able to take the lessons completely independently, which says a lot about how the content is structured. She is genuinely understanding and retaining the material in ways that show up in real life, and as she enters the tween years, I can already see this course laying a strong foundation. We are actually planning to move her up to the 12+ course soon, and I think revisiting the age-appropriate content annually as she grows and gains new perspective will be worth it.

I recommend this course as a great way to open conversations with our kids as they enter a critical age that can shape their relationships with us as parents and their friends in their teen years.

(The only note is that the activity sheets need to be printed, so plan ahead for that.)

My 8-year-old son has historically been pretty resistant to any emotional coaching, and I feel like I've tried a LOT of methods. This course has provided a fun, accessible, and helpful path toward helping my son recognize and manage his big feelings. I've also learned a thing or two about my own emotional awareness as we do it together! SO grateful for this tool and would recommend it to ANY /parent kiddo, no matter where you're starting from.

Such an amazing tool to help me as a parent and my 11 yr old "Pre-teen" navigate emotions. I initially thought this would be solely helpful for my daughter, but have gained so much knowledge and information to help me help her. I loved the option to print, or do online (we did some printouts on a road trip!) Loved the acknowledgment of feelings, and all the tools to navigate them. I highly recommend these classes to all parents+kids to do together, it takes a village, let All the Emotions be a part of yours!

This course was so fun and engaging. We loved the instructor. She taught emotions in a way that was so engaging. It felt almost like she was there with us! We were really hoping to work on our feeling management skills and the last section was so helpful for that!

This program is absolutely amazing. My daughter has a very difficult time managing her emotions and this course has opened so many healthy conversations between us. We watch the videos and work on the activities together once each week. This provides us with the full week to work together on the new skills we have learned. Overall this course has proven very successful in accelerating my daughters emotional awareness and intelligence. This is a spectacular program that I wish was available to all families.
