Start your child’s emotional journey with this fun, engaging course designed just for ages 4–7. With our puppet friend, Moodle, your child will begin to recognize emotions, name them, and respond to them in healthy ways. Each lesson is short, developmentally appropriate, and built to complete with a parent or caregiver by their side.
This course teaches basic neuroscience and psychology and builds emotional literacy through movement, visuals, imagination, and connection—laying the foundation for lifelong emotional well-being.
